CANCELLATION POLICY

Please let me know within 12 hours if you need to cancel SPRAY TAN PREPARATION & AFTERCARE BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT (24–48 HOURS PRIOR) For best results, proper skin prep is essential. - Exfoliate thoroughly, focusing on dry areas such as hands, elbows, knees, ankles, and feet. - Shave at least 24 hours before your appointment. - Complete all waxing, facials, manicures, pedicures, and other spa services beforehand. - Remove any existing self-tanner completely. - Keep your skin hydrated by moisturizing daily leading up to your appointment. DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT Arrive with clean, product-free skin. - Do not shower within 4 hours of your appointment. - Do not apply lotion, deodorant, perfume, makeup, or sunscreen. - Avoid exfoliating or moisturizing within 12 hours of your session. - Wear loose-fitting, dark clothing and open-toe shoes if possible. - Avoid tight clothing such as bras, leggings, socks, or jeans. DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT - Wear whatever you feel most comfortable tanning in (swimsuit, undergarments, or disposable options). - Keep in mind: any clothing worn will result in tan lines. - Clients 18+ may choose to tan nude AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT - confirm rinse time with me - Avoid sweating, exercising, or getting wet during the development period. - Avoid touching or rubbing your skin until fully dry. AFTER YOUR FIRST SHOWER - Moisturize daily to extend the life of your tan. - Avoid long baths, hot tubs, chlorine, and excessive exfoliation. - Your tan will typically last 5–10 days depending on your skin type and care. - Always wear sunscreen—your spray tan does not protect against UV rays.
